The agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cviewcg.com and any inquiry, application, or communication you send to Crestview Capital Group ("Crestview," "we," "us"). By using the site or submitting an application, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, don't use the site.

These terms cover the pre-contract relationship. If Crestview funds you or sets up processing, a separate signed agreement governs that transaction — and where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, acting for a business, and authorized to bind that business. Our products are for commercial purposes only. They are not consumer loans, are not offered for personal, family, or household use, and are not covered by consumer credit statutes.

What we provide

Crestview offers business-purpose working capital, card payment processing, and related merchant tools. Rates, amounts, terms, and funding timelines shown anywhere on this site are illustrative and vary by business.

Applications & accuracy

When you apply, you agree that everything you submit — business details, revenue figures, statements, identification, existing obligations — is true, complete, and yours to provide. You authorize us and our partners to verify it, including by contacting your bank, pulling business and personal credit or background reports where permitted, and confirming details with third-party data sources.

Submitting an application does not oblige you to accept an offer, and does not oblige us to make one.

Messaging terms

These terms apply to the SMS/MMS program operated by Crestview Capital Group. They are part of these Terms & Conditions and are also summarized in our Privacy Policy.

Program and sender

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from Crestview Capital Group, sent from (866) 386‑3631, for account notifications and customer care — including application status, document requests, offer and funding updates, and replies from your representative.

Consent

Consent is express and written, given by checking the messaging box on one of our forms, replying to a message from us, or texting us first. You confirm you are the subscriber of the number you provide or are authorized to consent for it, and that you are 18 or older. If you give up the number, notify us so we can stop messaging it.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, application, approval, or funding. You can decline and still do business with us on identical terms.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the activity on your file — there is no set number per month. Message and data rates may apply. Crestview does not charge for messages; your wireless carrier may, according to your plan.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to any message to end the program at any time. We'll send a single confirmation and then stop. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (866) 386‑3631 or hello@cviewcg.com. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls or email, and does not affect your application.

Carriers, devices, and delivery

Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and service availability may vary by carrier and handset, and support for MMS or particular message types is not universal.

Privacy of your opt-in

Your mobile number and text-message consent are never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for any purpose, including marketing. No other data-sharing provision in these terms or in our Privacy Policy applies to mobile opt-in information.

Changes to the program

We may change or discontinue the messaging program, including the sending number and message categories. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled numbers before they take effect.

Calls & email

By giving us a phone number, you authorize Crestview and its representatives to contact you at that number regarding your inquiry, application, or account — including by autodialer or prerecorded or artificial voice where permitted by law, and even if the number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list. This consent is not a condition of approval or funding and may be revoked at any time by telling us on a call or writing to hello@cviewcg.com. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link in every message; transactional messages about an active file do not.

Electronic signatures

When you check the signature box on our application and type your name, you are signing electronically. Under the federal E‑SIGN Act and applicable state UETA law, that signature carries the same legal force as ink on paper, and you consent to receive related disclosures and records electronically. You may withdraw that consent or request a paper copy at any time by contacting hello@cviewcg.com. Viewing electronic records requires a current browser and the ability to open PDF files.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party providers for hosting, document handling, bank verification, and payment processing, and may link to sites we don't control. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false, stolen, or altered information or documents.
• Don't apply on behalf of a business you aren't authorized to represent.
• Don't attempt to breach, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or its systems.
• Don't use our services for anything unlawful, or for a purpose other than the operation of your business.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the site or our services at any time if these terms are violated.

Content & trademarks

The text, design, graphics, and code on this site belong to Crestview Capital Group and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own business use; you may not copy, republish, or repurpose them commercially without our written permission. The Crestview name, crest, and ridgeline mark are ours.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work to keep information accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free or that the site will be uninterrupted. Nothing here is legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice — consult your own advisors before taking on any financing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Crestview is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the site or these terms — even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or these terms will not exceed $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crestview Capital Group, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your violation of these terms, your misuse of the site, or information you submitted that turns out to be false.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

Changes

We may revise these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Changes to the messaging program are handled as described in that section.
